04/Questions
The short answers.
Do I have to import products from you?
No. You keep selling your own products from your own Shopify store. We read your products and orders from Shopify; nothing gets added to your catalog.
What access does OxPostal ask for?
Read access to products, orders and customer shipping details, plus permission to create fulfillments so we can add tracking numbers. You approve it in Shopify and can disconnect at any time.
Will my customers know when an order ships?
Yes. When we add tracking, Shopify marks the order fulfilled and sends your customer its standard shipping confirmation email, from your store.
What if an order is edited or cancelled?
Edits, cancellations and refunds sync from Shopify on their own. A cancelled order leaves our queue, so it doesn't ship.
How am I billed?
Once per period you get one invoice listing every order we shipped: product cost, shipping and our fee, line by line. No subscription.
Which platforms do you support?
Shopify, today. That focus is why the integration goes deep.
