We do it so you don't.
The short version
Running a Shopify store means two jobs: selling, and getting what you sold to the people who bought it. The second one eats evenings, shelves and attention.
OxPostal takes that second job. You connect your store, we receive your orders as they come in, pack and ship them, and put the tracking back on Shopify so your customer hears from you, not from us. Then we send one invoice that shows exactly what each order cost.
Why the name
Ox. Postal.
Ox is the sign of hard work and reliability in the Chinese zodiac. It carries the load without fuss, and your orders start their trip in China.
Postal is the job: getting a parcel from one address to another, with a stamp to prove it.

Four things we hold to.

Your store stays yours.
You keep your products, your brand, your customers and your Shopify setup. We plug in behind it and never sell to your customers.

Shopify is the source of truth.
We don't ask you to re-enter anything. If it changed in Shopify, it changed for us too.

Every number is checkable.
Invoices list each order with its product cost, shipping and fee. If you can't trace a charge back to an order, we've done it wrong.

Fewer features, done properly.
One platform, one job. We'd rather go deep on Shopify fulfillment than shallow on everything.
