About billing.
Is there a subscription or monthly minimum?
No subscription. You're invoiced only for orders we actually shipped in the period.
How is my fee per order decided?
We quote it when you join, based on your products and volume. It's shown on every invoice line, so nothing is hidden.
When do I get invoiced?
Once per billing period. The invoice lists every shipped order with its product cost, shipping and fee, and shows when it's due.
What about cancelled or refunded orders?
Orders cancelled in Shopify before they ship never reach an invoice. If something was already shipped, talk to us and we'll sort it out.
